Katie has a broad commercial practice and specialises in international and domestic commercial arbitration and complex commercial disputes.
Katie has acted in commercial arbitrations under most of the major institutional arbitral rules and in international investment disputes before ICSID tribunals. Prior to coming to the NSW Bar, Katie spent over a decade in London working on international arbitrations and high-value disputes, often with a cross-border element. She has experience advising and representing clients in a broad range of sectors, including the construction, mining and energy, software and banking and finance sectors.
Katie holds a BA/LLB from the University of Sydney and an LLM from the University of Cambridge and has received a number of scholarships and awards.
