Michaela was admitted as a Solicitor in 1991 and registered as a migration agent in 1993.
She has been in sole practice since 1999 and provided pro bono representation to asylum seekers (including BYJB) and migrants in making visa applications, appeals to the AAT and to Court. In addition, Michaela has represented complainants in complaints to the Australian Human Rights Commission and the UN Committee Against Torture.
More recently she has represented the Australian Taekwondo Federation in an Olympic selection dispute and Chair of the Australian Taekwondo Appeals Tribunal.
