Marc was admitted to practice in April 2000 and signed the Bar Roll in November 2004. From 1999 until 2003, Marc worked for Minter Ellison in the employment/industrial relations and intellectual property practices. From August 2003 until August 2004, Marc was Associate to the Honourable Justice Ryan in the Federal Court of Australia. Marc sat with his Honour on a range of matters including Industrial Relations, Migration, Administrative Law, Trade Practices and Intellectual Property. At the Bar, Marc’s practice has been primarily focused on Industrial, Employment and Discrimination Law and Administrative Law. In his practice, Marc has had the opportunity to represent a number of employers and employees.
