Houda appears in Federal, State and Territory courts at trial and appellate levels, as well as before tribunals, courts of arbitration and commissions of inquiry. Her clients include Commonwealth, State, Territory and foreign governments, as well as private entities. Houda was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in 2007, after having been admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006. Houda has a BA and LLB from the University of Sydney, with first class honours, and a LLM from Cambridge University, where she was awarded first class honours and the Clive Parry Prize for International Law.
