Gabrielle was called to the bar in 2019, prior to which she supported a senior barrister working in a broad range of areas, but particularly in the probate and family provision field. Gabrielle’s work is primarily in the Supreme Court of NSW, but she has also appeared in the NSW Local Court, District Court, and both the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Gabrielle is also a member of the Qld Bar.

Gabrielle previously worked as a senior manager in a major financial institution, and held a number of high level positions across several different departments. Gabrielle also worked a legal officer in the same institution, with experience in property transactions, and the administration of trusts and deceased estates. Gabrielle’s practice is diverse, but she has a particular interest in probate and family provision, along with property, equity and rust matters. Gabrielle has acted as junior counsel in several noteworthy Supreme Court cases, including Blanco v Wan [2021] NSWSC 273 (split deposits in conveyancing matters), Vaughan v Curran [2019] NSWSC 1562 (family provision) and Callaway v Callaway [2019[ NSWSC 1275 (probate). Gabrielle’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Ars, Master of Business, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence/Juris Doctor.
