Danny is a commercial and equity barrister who has been advising and representing clients for almost 20 years across a broad range of areas including insurance, professional liability, insolvency, corporations, fraud, equity & trusts, competition & consumer law, family provisions and wills & estates.
He was called to the bar in 2007. Prior to coming to the bar, Danny practised at top-tier law firms in Sydney and London.
Danny appears in a wide range of courts and tribunals in NSW and the ACT and in the federal
jurisdiction. He has appeared both led and unled in appellate matters. Danny is a Senior Member of NCAT in the Commercial and Consumer Division. He has written and presented on a number of topics relating to litigation, including expert evidence, client legal privilege and legal research.
