WHAT IS MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE)?

Mandatory CLE refers to Continuing legal education (CLE), also known as mandatory or minimum continuing legal education (MCLE).

 

Under Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules, all practitioners are required to complete at least 10 CLE points each year.
