Family law – property – wife appealed against orders made by Federal Circuit Court of Australia – primary judge had assessed husband’s contributions at 66% – challenge to approach to ‘Property A’ – whether findings concerning ‘post-separation contributions’ by husband not open due to lack of evidentiary support – ss79, 79(4) & 75(2) Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) – held: appeal allowed – husband’s contributions assessed at 53%.
