Admitted in a legal practitioner in 2005, Daniel acquired 2 decades of experience in statutory interpretation and the operation of legislative schemes, primarily as a legislative drafter in the NSW Parliamentary Counsel’s Office and subsequently in the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, before being called to the Bar in 2025.

Daniel’s practice encompasses administrative law (including regulatory and compliance matters), commercial law and personal injury as well as wills and probate, appearing in the NSW Supreme Court and District Court, as well as in State and Federal tribunals.
