Laura Keily is an expert in commercial litigation, competition and corporations law. With over a decade of experience, Laura has been involved in a vast variety of matters such as takeovers, schemes of arrangement and cross-border acquisitions. Laura is frequently called upon to represent directors and the government in cases involving corporate law, companies, and regulatory dealings with ASIC.
