Pam has significant expertise in the field of tort law and has published extensively in the area with particular focus on the way in which the law provides remedies for various classes of plaintiff including adolescents and young people, victims of human trafficking and slavery and victims of institutional child abuse. having previously been a senior lecturer in the faculty for many years and prior to joining UTS, was engaged in private legal practice.
