Tim has worked in the criminal practice at O’Brien Criminal and Civil Solicitors for the past five years and was admitted to practice in August 2022. He holds a Diploma in Law, Bachelor of Arts and Master of International Law and Security.
As a practitioner he has appeared before the Children’s, Coroner’s, Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW as well as the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He has also appeared before the NSW Crime Commission and the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.
