Peter Richards was called to the bar in 1989 and practices mainly in criminal law, administrative law and family law. In the past he has been a part time member of the now defunct Queensland Misconduct Tribunal, a Sessional Member of QCAT and a Sessional Member of the Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission.
