Education of the Future

BenchTV provides innovative and distinctive legal education programs for law schools. BenchTV productions feature comprehensive discussions of varying lengths about contemporary legal issues, including recent case decisions, changes in legislation and must-know industry insights. BenchTV topics cover almost all compulsory and elective law subjects at law schools in Australia.

We differentiate ourselves from other educators in law. BenchTV provides unique and up-to-date insights which law students otherwise cannot learn from text books or any other existing learning resources. Bench TV is presented by renowned industry experts, including former judges of the Superior Courts of Australia, barristers and academics. The barristers who appeared at the hearings present on their cases and the surrounding law that makes BenchTV practical and applicable in real life circumstances for law students and legal professionals.

BenchTV is the education of the future. We provide innovative systems of education through remote use of podcasting and television. We are a leader, in relation to podcasts and television, producing a vast library which every University must have.

There are 360+ productions to date and new productions are added weekly. By the end of next year there will be 500 productions and the year after that 700. It is a massive library which will not be replicated by anyone else.

BenchTV has been recommended by many academics and educators due to its flexibility to be used in various forms in the class room.

Included in the package is Benchmark publication which is daily bulletins of important and recent decisions of Superior Courts of Australia. The summaries of decisions are published daily and cover the areas of civil, criminal, insurance, banking and construction law.
